4. Booking and Payment

• The Client must ensure clear access for our moving crew and vehicles at both origin and destination locations.
• The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or securing parking for our vehicles.

6. Our Responsibilities and Limitations

• We will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing our services.
• We are a Florida motor carrier focused on household goods, complying with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration reporting as applicable.
• While we take utmost care, some inherent risks are involved in moving. We are not liable for loss or damage to goods caused by acts of God, war, hostilities, riots, civil commotion, strikes, inherent vice of the goods, or similar causes beyond our reasonable control.
